Robinson et al,. (2004) define employee engagement as “a positive attitude held by the employee towards the organization and its value. An engaged employee is aware of business context, and works with colleagues to improve performance within the job for the benefit of the organization. The organization must work to develop and nurture engagement, which requires a two-way relationship between employer and employee.”

  • Care: - caring the employees through sensitivity, Empathy, and Spontaneous will increase employee engagement.

 This model explains the relationship between the engagement drivers and business outcomes by the middle man of: engagement outcomes.

So the employee engagement directly impact on the customer satisfaction, profit of the business and operational process of the firm.


CONCLUSION

So the employee engagement strategies mainly effect the profit, business operations, customer satisfaction and wellness of the employees.

Some people ignore this initially and fall in big problem in future, so for the betterment of the company as well as the betterment of us( personally) we got to work as a team.
