Working from home means employees are working
from their own house or their place of living without working from the physical
environment of the office. Due to the pandemic effect (COVID-19), most
companies changed their working policies to allow employees to work from their
own place full time or at a convenient time for them (Gajendran and Harrison,
2007).

Definitely. Its a double edged sword. Either ways. More than anything we should trust in each an another. We can cut off some expenses, but in the other hand we got to spend it on another.

DeleteVery correct on its context. But there are also adverse impacts on working from home and difficulties of operating with distruptions at home.. i hope companies and individuals should also develop ways to address these issues with taylor made solutions

DeleteThere are some bad effects like, dealing with some type of mental health issues. This is due to fear on their physical health, their childcare responsibilities, Work load, experiencing greater levels of isolation.
