Working from home means employees are working from their own house or their place of living without working from the physical environment of the office. Due to the pandemic effect (COVID-19), most companies changed their working policies to allow employees to work from their own place full time or at a convenient time for them (Gajendran and Harrison, 2007).

  4. Working from home quite popular among employees. Employers point of view some see this as positive but some of them see as a negative. Because still we don't have a system to monitor or access the progress and the productivity. Such systems should develop for better results.

  9. There are some bad effects like, dealing with some type of mental health issues. This is due to fear on their physical health, their childcare responsibilities, Work load, experiencing greater levels of isolation.
